A person standing alone can be attacked and defeated, but two can stand back-to-back and conquer. Three are even better, for a triple-braided cord is not easily broken. Ecclesiastes 4:12
A life coach helps clients set and achieve personal or professional goals, focusing on future development and motivation, while a therapist addresses mental health issues, emotional difficulties, and past experiences, providing diagnosis and treatment for psychological well-being.
High Performance Coaching is a process that helps individuals achieve their fullest potential by enhancing their skills, mindset, and performance in various aspects of life, focusing on clarity, energy, productivity, and influence to reach peak levels of success.
I typically work with men, 18 years or older, who are SERIOUSLY interested in learning how to walk in freedom from anger, rage, pornography, sexual addiction, alcohol abuse, rejection, people-pleasing, abandonment, and other life struggles.
While I don’t take insurance, you can inquire with your HR or company to see if they’d be open to cover coaching as a health and well-being offering. I work with many individuals and groups under their company’s offerings, including speaking.
While I am NOT a trained and certified as a master life coach YET, much of my coaching is based on my "REAL LIFE" PRACTICAL life experiences (NOT from a theoretical approach). If you haven’t gotten a chance yet to watch my story on the about page and main page, you’ll quickly uncover I’ve had my fair share of hardships that I’ve worked through to be able to put myself in a position today to be thrilled to help others achieve that same sense of empowerment and personal freedom. I'm currently in the process of obtaining my life coach certification with a course accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Because I'm not looking for quick fixes and Band-Aid approaches, life coaching can help you cut to the core of what is an impingement or snag in what has been tried and not be able to stick in the past. It’s like a veil to uncover the deeper inner workings of your current lifestyle and how we can maneuver and adjust to help you climb higher and to continue to build upon your successes, triumphs and goals. Life coaching, and my approach in particular, works to hold you accountable, objective, and enjoying the process — which is key to making any lifestyle habit stick for the long-term.
This will vary from each individual. As humans, we’re always evolving, offering plenty of potential opportunities for us to work as long or as short as your high-performance life desires.
While some trends come and go, life coaching is a proven tactic and style for creating positive life-long changes. Because we’re focused on making deep-core related shifts in your current blueprint, life coaching isn’t a mask to cover what’s underneath, but rather the core of what you’re seeking for long-term personal growth.
Absolutely. Some clients I work with on a three month or single-session basis, etc.— it all depends on your goals. The ideal point of a breakthrough session is to see where you’re currently at and what approach makes the most sense (short-term or potentially long-term) to help you get there.
For those looking to commit to and invest in changing their lives, a breakthrough/discovery session is designed for us to get to know one another and begin to see where you’re at in your journey and what that would look like without your current obstacles and how we collectively can help you achieve them with a solid plan, support and strategy.

The Spirit of the Lord GOD is on me, because the LORD has anointed me to bring the good news to the afflicted. He has sent me to unbind the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives and freedom to the prisoners; Isaiah 61:1
